Rain, Hail or Shine
After your hard day of work or school, join us for some open water swimming and a run.
The focus of the sessions is to develop confidence in open water and going long. Ideal if you are looking at stepping up in distance.
Short sprint intervals from the beach to help improve swim entry and exit.
Optional surf sessions conditions permitting.

It is expected attendees be at least an intermediate swim level.
Bring running gear for a “secret squirrel” training run to Lennox Headland and return. Ideal training for the summer aquathlon (swim/run) races.
All Training sessions are conducted in accordance with Triathlon New South Wales – Guidelines for the Conduct of Training Events.
Note: This is a members only training session. All participants must be members of Triathlon (NSW) Australia and/or Ballina Triathlon Club.
